What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing and running Justworks' Canadian business. You will contribute to the development of international capabilities and infrastructure, enabling the company to serve a larger population of employees in EOR markets. Your responsibilities will include guiding strategic decision-making, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that the Canadian operations align with Justworks' overall mission and values.
You will work closely with various teams to implement strategies that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Your role will involve continuous iteration and improvement of processes to meet the needs of the Canadian market.
