Who you are
You have a strong background in corporate accounting with a proven track record of leading accounting operations. You bring at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage high-volume operational accounting areas such as accounts payable, payroll, and revenue recognition. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for improving processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you are committed to mentoring and developing your team to achieve their best performance. You understand the importance of automation in accounting processes and are eager to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting, you will oversee the accounting execution for Justworks, ensuring that all financial operations are conducted in compliance with SEC regulations.
