What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Kalepa, you will lead the development of client integrations for our AI Underwriting Platform. You will design and implement robust APIs that facilitate seamless data exchange between our platform and client systems, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your role will involve conducting code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to architectural discussions that shape the future of our platform. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise, ensuring that our services remain available and performant.
