What you'll do

As the Tech Lead Manager for Core UX at Kalepa, you will oversee the design and implementation of user experiences that enhance our AI Underwriting Platform. You will lead a team of UX designers and researchers, guiding them in creating intuitive and effective user interfaces. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that design solutions align with technical capabilities and business objectives. You will be responsible for establishing design standards and best practices, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
