What you'll do

You will mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical direction aligns with the company's goals and objectives. You will participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall vision of the Kaluza Platform. Your role will involve hands-on coding as well as architectural decision-making, ensuring that the systems you build are scalable and maintainable.
You will also engage with the UK team to ensure alignment and share best practices.
