You have a proven track record in sales development, ideally with experience managing teams of Sales Development Representatives. Your leadership style fosters a high-performing culture, and you excel at motivating and training others to achieve their best. You understand the nuances of outbound sales and have a strategic mindset to drive results.
You are skilled in setting performance metrics and managing individual quotas, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their targets. Your experience includes hiring and onboarding new talent, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in their roles. You are passionate about coaching and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers.
What you'll do
As the SDR Manager at Keeper, you will lead a team of 8 to 12 Sales Development Representatives, focusing on building a robust pipeline for the Sales team. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the team's activities, managing performance metrics, and ensuring that each SDR is equipped to effectively engage with Accounting and Bookkeeping firms. You will set the tone for a high-performing culture, motivating your team to achieve their quotas and celebrate their successes.
You will also be responsible for hiring and training new SDRs, providing them with insights into Keeper's products, buyer personas, and competitive landscape. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a cohesive team that works collaboratively to drive results. You will monitor performance closely, providing feedback and support to help your team members excel in their roles.
