What you'll do

As the Regional BDR Team Manager, you will oversee the sales development representative teams across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound leads and develop outbound strategies that align with Canonical's goals. You will work closely with your teams to ensure they have the tools and training necessary to succeed, fostering a culture of high integrity and empathy.

You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring that your teams meet their targets while maintaining a focus on professional development.
