You have a strong desire to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience with AI tools, automation frameworks, and data pipelines. You are excited about the opportunity to work directly with a growth marketing team and contribute to real business solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spend approximately 60% of your time building production AI tools that automate marketing workflows and enhance team efficiency. You will design and ship AI-driven solutions while mastering the build-measure-iterate cycle. This includes creating internal dashboards and analysis scripts that will drive decision-making and improve team performance.
You will also learn the fundamentals of growth marketing, dedicating 40% of your time to understanding key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and marketers, taking ownership of your projects from concept to deployment.
