Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, whether in an agency or in-house setting — you've developed a keen understanding of the nuances involved in sourcing candidates for engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations roles. Your hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques allows you to proactively find high-quality, diverse candidates who fit the role requirements. You are comfortable working in an ATS, and while experience with Ashby is a plus, your organizational skills ensure that you maintain accurate and organized pipelines and sourcing activity.
You possess clear and professional written communication skills, which help you craft thoughtful and personalized outreach that resonates with candidates and drives response rates. Your self-directed and detail-oriented nature allows you to work independently in a contract capacity, and you thrive in fast-moving environments where you can apply your curious mindset and bias toward action and process improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for various roles across the company. You will own the top-of-funnel sourcing motion, from initial outreach through candidate interest and handoff to the recruiting team. Your proactive sourcing strategies will be essential in attracting a diverse pool of candidates, and you will support the development of repeatable and scalable sourcing strategies that align with Kikoff's mission of providing affordable financial tools.
You will maintain accurate and organized pipelines in the ATS, ensuring that all sourcing activity is documented and easily accessible. Your ability to communicate effectively with candidates will be crucial in driving engagement and interest in the roles you are recruiting for. You will also collaborate with the recruiting team to refine and improve sourcing processes, ensuring that Kikoff continues to attract top talent in a competitive market.
