You have a strong background in product management with at least 5 years of experience working on successful digital consumer products. You enjoy diving deep into user research and data analysis to uncover insights that drive product decisions. Your empathy for consumers allows you to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to their financial problems. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and legal, to ensure that product objectives are met. You thrive in a hands-on environment where you can roll up your sleeves and contribute to the product development process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take direction from leadership to outline a roadmap that aligns with key objectives for your product team. You will drive the discovery process to gain a deep understanding of user needs and identify the products and features that will empower consumers. Your responsibilities will include conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and wireframing concepts in tools like Miro. You will champion your products within the team and across the company, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the vision and goals. You will also be responsible for iterating on your approach based on data-driven insights, continuously evolving the product to meet user needs.
