Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise operations — you've successfully driven product strategy and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your strong product instincts enable you to balance customer needs with technical feasibility, ensuring that solutions are both reliable and scalable.
You possess domain expertise in healthcare or biotech, which allows you to understand complex workflows and pain points faced by clinicians and enterprise stakeholders. Your prior customer-facing experience in deployment strategy or solutions engineering has equipped you with the skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
You are familiar with AI-driven products and have a strong bias toward experimentation and iteration — you thrive in environments where you can leverage data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to translate field insights into actionable requirements is a key strength that sets you apart.
Desirable
Experience with agent frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph would be a plus, as would familiarity with workflow orchestration tools. You are comfortable navigating the intersection of technology and customer needs, ensuring that the products you manage deliver real value to users.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Mandolin, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules. You will partner directly with customers, clinicians, and enterprise stakeholders to uncover workflows and pain points, translating these insights into actionable requirements for Engineering and Design teams.
You will drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and iteration, balancing speed with long-term vision. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining success metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that product features align with customer needs and business goals.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, facilitating sprint planning sessions, and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role.
