You have several years of experience designing software products, ideally 4+, and your portfolio showcases your attention to detail and beautiful execution. You are fluent in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Framer, and you have a knack for creating clean, thoughtful, and intuitive interfaces that resonate with users. You understand user workflows deeply and are passionate about prototyping smart solutions that enhance usability. You enjoy collaborating closely with engineers to ensure that the features you design are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full design lifecycle for new features, starting from early concept sketches and wireframes to delivering pixel-perfect, developer-ready UI. You will level up the quality and polish of the interface, ensuring it is intuitive, fast, and genuinely helpful for users. Prototyping and iterating quickly using Figma, Framer, or your preferred tools will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to test ideas, interactions, and flows effectively. You will collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team to ship features regularly and at high quality, ensuring that the final product aligns with user needs and expectations.

You will also help refine and evolve our design system, ensuring that it remains clear, consistent, and usable across our product offerings. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you gather feedback from users and stakeholders, allowing you to iterate on designs and improve the overall user experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity and innovation, and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the tools that architects and engineers use every day.
