Who you are
You have a strong background in compliance and risk management, ideally with experience in frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI. You understand the importance of security policies and are skilled in conducting audits and continuous control monitoring. You thrive in environments where you can take smart, disciplined risks while fostering trust with customers. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance security measures. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills to convey complex compliance requirements clearly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead compliance operations and audits, ensuring adherence to various standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. You will be responsible for continuous control monitoring, developing security policies, and establishing standards that align with industry best practices.
