You have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes managing compliance operations and conducting audits for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for developing security policies and standards that enhance customer trust. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to implement effective compliance strategies. You understand the importance of continuous control monitoring and are adept at identifying areas for improvement in security practices. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Security Trust & Compliance team, driving compliance operations and audits to ensure adherence to industry standards. You will develop and maintain security policies and standards that align with Klaviyo's mission to empower creators. Your responsibilities will include overseeing continuous control monitoring and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.
