Who you are
You have a strong background in compliance and risk management, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors. Your experience includes designing and managing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing vendor management processes. You understand the complexities of regulatory frameworks and are adept at navigating them to ensure organizational compliance. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to foster a culture of compliance within the organization is a key strength, and you are committed to promoting ethical practices and accountability. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
What you'll do
As the Trust & Compliance Program Manager, you will support the design and management of Verily's comprehensive compliance program. This includes conducting annual risk assessments, managing auditing and monitoring processes, and overseeing conflicts of interest and vendor management. You will work closely with various teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Your role will involve providing guidance to business partners and championing a culture of compliance across the organization. You will also assist in internal investigations and contribute to the strategic risk management program, ensuring that Verily maintains its commitment to ethical practices and accountability.
