You have 5+ years of experience in field and partner marketing, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry — you've successfully led marketing initiatives that drive demand and create measurable impact. Your strategic mindset allows you to design integrated marketing programs that resonate with small and mid-sized businesses, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you work closely with sales and partner teams.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your marketing strategies — you understand how to leverage insights to optimize campaigns and drive business growth. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including agency partners and internal teams.
Desirable
Experience working with SMBs and understanding their unique challenges is a plus — you know how to tailor marketing initiatives that speak directly to their needs. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms will help you execute your strategies effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of field marketing initiatives across the Americas, focusing on creating high-impact experiences that drive demand. You will collaborate closely with agency partners and technology partners to design programs and events that align with Klaviyo's regional priorities. Your efforts will directly influence pipeline creation and partner-led demand, contributing to Klaviyo's growth in the SMB segment.
