Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in field and partner marketing, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry — you've successfully led marketing initiatives that drive demand and create impactful experiences for customers. Your strategic mindset allows you to design integrated marketing programs that resonate with small and mid-sized businesses, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with sales and partner teams.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your marketing strategies — you understand how to measure the success of your initiatives and adjust tactics accordingly. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate marketing strategies clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead field-driven marketing initiatives across the Americas, focusing on creating high-impact experiences that drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with agency partners, technology partners, and Klaviyo sales teams to ensure alignment with regional priorities and measurable impact. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing integrated field initiatives, such as programs, events, and experiences that bring together Klaviyo and its partners.
You will be responsible for influencing pipeline creation and partner-led demand, directly impacting Klaviyo's growth in the SMB segment. You will work with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure that all programs are aligned with Klaviyo's overall marketing strategy and goals. Your role will require you to stay hands-on with the execution of marketing initiatives while also taking a strategic approach to planning and analysis.
