Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in field and partner marketing, particularly in the commercial sector. You understand the nuances of working with agency and technology partners to create impactful marketing initiatives that drive business growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to design and execute integrated field initiatives that resonate with small and mid-sized merchants. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment with regional priorities. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure the success of your programs and adjust strategies as needed. You appreciate diverse perspectives and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.

Desirable

Experience in the SMB segment is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. A background in digital marketing and analytics will help you excel in this role, as you will need to analyze data to inform your marketing strategies. You are comfortable with public speaking and can effectively present marketing initiatives to stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of field marketing initiatives across the Americas. You will collaborate with agency partners and technology partners to create demand-generating programs, events, and experiences that align with Klaviyo's goals. Your work will directly influence pipeline creation and partner-led demand, making you a key player in Klaviyo's growth strategy. You will manage relationships with partners and ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive and impactful. You will also analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to drive decisions and improve future campaigns. Your ability to work cross-functionally will be essential as you partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. You will be responsible for reporting on the success of your initiatives and making recommendations for future strategies based on your findings.
