What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Global Growth Specialists team, focusing on converting product interest into customers. You will design and execute global growth programs that are partner-centric, driving customer acquisition and activation. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and developing Growth Specialists to ensure they meet their growth targets. You will continuously refine the product-led growth motion that powers Klaviyo's expansion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives. Your hands-on leadership will be crucial in optimizing conversion processes and enhancing customer engagement strategies. You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across the team.
