Who you are
You have a strong background in growth marketing, particularly in building scalable growth engines that leverage partnerships and ecosystem marketing. With a focus on product-led growth, you understand how to drive customer acquisition and activation effectively. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are comfortable taking ownership of strategic initiatives while also being hands-on in execution. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to align growth objectives with business outcomes. You appreciate diverse perspectives and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed.
What you'll do
As the Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager at Klaviyo, you will play a critical role in designing and executing growth initiatives that support the company's product-led growth strategy. You will work closely with Technology Partnerships, Partnership Agency sales, PLG Marketing, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment of partner efforts with Klaviyo's core growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include building repeatable programs that leverage the strength of Klaviyo's ecosystem, driving signups, activation, and long-term customer value. You will serve as both a strategic owner and hands-on executor, ensuring measurable business outcomes from your initiatives. Your role will be high-visibility, requiring you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
