You have a strong background in growth marketing, particularly at the intersection of product-led growth and partnerships. With a proven track record in designing and executing scalable growth initiatives, you thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You understand the importance of aligning partner efforts with core growth objectives and are comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Analytics. Your experience in the entrepreneur and SMB segments equips you with insights into customer acquisition and activation strategies that drive long-term value. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and measure the success of your initiatives.

What you'll do

As the Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager at Klaviyo, you will play a critical role in accelerating customer acquisition and activation through technology partnerships. You will design, execute, and scale partner-centric growth initiatives that support Klaviyo’s product-led growth and global ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include building repeatable programs that leverage the strength of Klaviyo’s ecosystem while delivering measurable business outcomes.
