You have a strong background in web growth strategies and a proven track record of driving measurable results — your experience includes leading conversion rate optimization initiatives that significantly enhance user engagement and acquisition. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including web strategy, creative, and marketing operations, to deliver a high-performing website experience. Your analytical mindset allows you to define hypotheses and lead experimentation effectively, ensuring that every decision is data-driven. You are also familiar with AI-powered personalization features, which you have implemented to improve user experience and conversion rates. You understand the importance of UX in web journeys and have experience managing testing roadmaps that align with business goals.
Desirable
Experience with tools like Google Analytics and SQL is a plus, as is familiarity with SEO best practices. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your growth strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to share your insights with your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the Qualified growth strategy, developing it into a reliable conversion engine that drives top-of-funnel impact. You will lead the UX and experimentation roadmap for foundational web journeys, ensuring that testing initiatives align with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating on your approaches based on data insights. You will partner closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to bring scalable growth initiatives to life, ensuring that all efforts contribute to a world-class website experience. You will also be responsible for developing an experimentation-driven roadmap that accelerates new customer acquisition, making data-driven decisions that impact the overall growth of Klaviyo.
