You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in partner ecosystems. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and owning the operational infrastructure that supports Klaviyo's partner ecosystem. This includes developing processes for onboarding and training partners, as well as establishing support workflows that enhance partner engagement. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure that partner programs are effectively scaled and aligned with company goals.
You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner initiatives and streamline processes to achieve operational excellence. Your hands-on approach will be essential in executing strategies that deliver measurable value to Klaviyo, its partners, and customers. You will also play a key role in analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in partner operations.
