Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, particularly within the enterprise sector, and have successfully led product strategies that cater to large-scale clients. Your experience includes working with data-driven solutions and understanding the complexities of customer relationship management in a B2C context. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals and customer needs.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive product improvements. You are passionate about creating user-centric products that enhance customer experiences and foster brand loyalty.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own multiple product areas critical to Klaviyo's Enterprise initiatives, focusing on unifying customer data and powering AI-driven automation. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and execute a product roadmap that meets the needs of enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
