Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the hospitality industry, and possess a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. With at least 5 years of experience, you've successfully driven customer engagement and retention initiatives, translating complex marketing concepts into actionable strategies that yield measurable results. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, sets you apart as a trusted advisor in the field.

You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with customer success managers and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize customer journeys, ensuring that best practices are implemented to maximize value realization. You are passionate about empowering customers and helping them achieve their goals through effective use of Klaviyo’s platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion within the Hospitality vertical. You will partner closely with onboarding services and customer success teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience from onboarding through renewal. Your expertise will guide hospitality customers in leveraging Klaviyo’s platform to enhance guest engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will represent the voice of the customer internally, shaping Klaviyo’s roadmap and go-to-market strategy based on customer feedback and industry trends.

You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and ensure they are realizing the full value of Klaviyo’s offerings. By analyzing customer data and feedback, you will identify opportunities for improvement and develop tailored strategies to address specific challenges faced by hospitality clients. Your role will also involve collaborating with marketing and product teams to create resources and materials that support customer education and engagement.
