You are an industry-savvy marketing professional with a strong background in CRM, ideally developed in-house or at an agency. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the hospitality sector, and you are passionate about driving customer engagement and loyalty. You have a proven track record of translating complex marketing strategies into measurable outcomes, and you thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is key.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to serve as a trusted advisor to hospitality customers. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth. Your experience allows you to navigate complex, multi-system environments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with Onboarding Services and Customer Success teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience from onboarding through renewal. You will work closely with hospitality customers to ensure they leverage Klaviyoβs platform effectively, driving adoption and retention. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for engagement and loyalty, as well as representing the voice of the customer internally to shape Klaviyoβs roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure best practices are implemented, and you will be instrumental in developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive measurable outcomes. Your insights will help inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that Klaviyo remains a leader in the hospitality vertical.
