Your experience has equipped you with the insights needed to drive customer engagement and influence market strategies effectively. You are customer-obsessed and understand the nuances of the Hotel & Travel and Food & Beverage segments, allowing you to bring real-world credibility to Klaviyo's sales efforts. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with sales teams and solutions architects to shape deals and strategies that resonate with clients.
You are strategic in your approach, always looking for ways to apply your industry knowledge at scale. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers is crucial, as you will be guiding deal strategies and informing product conversations. You are comfortable navigating complex sales motions and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact on Klaviyo's expansion in the hospitality sector.
