You have a strong background in the hospitality industry, having spent your career either in-house, at an agency, or with a tech platform serving the sector. Your experience equips you with the insights needed to accelerate Klaviyo's expansion in Hospitality, specifically in Hotel & Travel and Food & Beverage. You are customer-obsessed and understand the nuances of engaging with clients in this space. You thrive in cross-functional roles and enjoy collaborating with sales teams to shape deals and influence market strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives and Solutions Architects to shape deals in motion and influence how Klaviyo presents itself in the market. You will collaborate with various teams to drive partner engagements and enhance customer experiences.
