You understand the nuances of enterprise solutions and have a knack for coaching others to elevate their strategic thinking and technical capabilities.

You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy being hands-on with your team, guiding them through the intricacies of technical sales and solution delivery. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you believe in empowering your team to take ownership of their projects while providing the support they need to succeed. You are comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and Chief Data Officers, to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with AI/ML solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with customer data platforms. You have a strong understanding of the technical landscape and can quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of 4-6 experienced Solutions Engineers, helping them navigate strategic deals and develop technical win plans. You will be actively involved in the field, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to ensure they are equipped to tackle customer challenges effectively. Your responsibilities will include coaching your team on best practices for customer data platform migrations and architecting AI/ML solutions that meet client needs.

You will also play a crucial role in building relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, you will help your team members grow into the next generation of technical leaders. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling the Solutions Engineering organization at Klaviyo, ensuring that your team is prepared to meet the demands of large enterprise clients.
