You have a strong background in technical solutions architecture, ideally with experience in managing relationships with global partners. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are a problem solver at heart, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. Your experience in presales or technical consulting roles has equipped you with the skills to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that each partner engagement is an opportunity for growth and innovation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the technical engagement strategy for a select group of Global System Integrators (GSIs), ensuring alignment on go-to-market initiatives. You will work closely with the Presales team and collaborate with Solution Architects to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our partners. Your responsibilities will include educating partners on Klaviyo's offerings, facilitating technical discussions, and driving the implementation of solutions that enhance the Klaviyo experience. You will also be involved in prototyping and iterating on solutions based on feedback from partners and customers, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and relevant in the market. Your role will be pivotal in building long-term relationships with partners and contributing to Klaviyo's growth and success.
