Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Manager to promote and sell their cybersecurity products to existing Mid-Market-sized customer accounts. You'll be responsible for exceeding monthly sales quotas and enhancing customer relationships. This position requires strong sales skills and experience in account management.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our suite of cybersecurity products and services to existing Mid-Market-sized customer accounts. Your primary goal will be to exceed monthly sales quotas by motivating customers to purchase additional services and renew their subscriptions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their security posture.

You will engage in regular communication with your accounts, ensuring they are aware of new features and updates that can benefit their organization. Building strong relationships will be crucial, as you will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.
