What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects through phone and email to qualify leads and pass interested prospects to your assigned Territory/Account Executive(s). You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and educate them about the benefits of KnowBe4's AI-driven Human Risk Management platform. You will work closely with your team to develop strategies for effective outreach and follow-up, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads. You will participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, enabling you to effectively communicate with prospects. You will track your outreach efforts and results using CRM tools, contributing to the overall sales strategy and success of the team. You will collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns that resonate with your target audience.
