Who you are
You are a recent graduate or have some experience in cybersecurity, eager to start your career as a Junior Cybersecurity Threat Researcher. You have a foundational understanding of security products and solutions, and you're excited to learn more about deploying and configuring endpoint, email, web, and network protection systems. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values radical transparency and continuous professional development.
You possess strong analytical skills and are familiar with cybersecurity tools such as Wireshark, Burp Suite, and Metasploit. You understand the importance of security in today's digital landscape and are motivated to help organizations strengthen their security culture. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for learning about the latest threats and vulnerabilities in the cybersecurity space.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in deploying and configuring various security products and solutions, including endpoint, email, web, and network protection systems. You will work closely with senior researchers to analyze threats and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security alerts, conducting vulnerability assessments, and participating in incident response activities. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to research projects that aim to enhance the effectiveness of security awareness training.
