KOHO is seeking a Product Analytics Engineer to build and scale robust product reporting pipelines. You'll collaborate with Product Analysts and Engineering teams, utilizing skills in SQL and Python to support product initiatives. This role is remote and focused on enhancing financial services for Canadians.

You have a strong background in analytics engineering, with experience in building data pipelines and reporting systems that support product teams. Your proficiency in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring that insights are actionable and timely. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with Product Analysts and Product Managers to align analytics with business goals. Your experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker enables you to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner, making it accessible to stakeholders across the organization. You are comfortable working in a remote-first setup, embracing asynchronous collaboration and flexible hours to achieve your best work.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus, as it enhances your ability to manage data infrastructure effectively. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling product reporting pipelines that support complex product launches across KOHO's Payments, Credit, and Subscriptions domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the data infrastructure keeps pace with ambitious product initiatives. Your technical expertise will enable you to design and implement robust data solutions that empower product teams to make informed decisions. You will collaborate with Product Analysts to define key metrics and develop dashboards that provide insights into product performance. Additionally, you will participate in multi-month builds, contributing to the overall strategy and execution of product analytics initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between analytics engineering and product needs, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of product development.
