Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product analytics and experience managing teams β you've successfully led projects that translate complex data into actionable insights for product development. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you enjoy mentoring team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. You understand the importance of storytelling in analytics, ensuring that your team's findings are communicated clearly to stakeholders across the organization. You are based in Barcelona or willing to relocate, as this role requires in-office presence two days a week.
What you'll do
As the Product Analytics Manager, you will oversee a team of Product Analysts dedicated to supporting Rover's product and design initiatives. You will guide your team in developing analytical frameworks that inform product decisions and enhance user experiences. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, conducting data analysis, and presenting findings to senior leadership. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization, ensuring that analytics is integrated into the product development lifecycle.
