What you'll do

As a Senior Business Analyst at KOHO, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the operating system for money movement within the Payments team. You will analyze complex fund operations and develop strategies to enhance scalability and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating closely with technical engineers to ensure that business strategies align with technical capabilities. You will also engage in data analysis to inform decision-making and drive improvements in payment processes.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Payments Strategy & Operations and will be a key architect in shaping the future of KOHO's payment systems. Your insights will help guide the team in implementing innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. You will also be involved in stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
