What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of Payments BI, establishing a dedicated analytics capability for payments data. You will work closely with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and reporting requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing reporting frameworks that provide insights into payment performance, helping to optimize processes and drive revenue growth. You will analyze payment trends and provide recommendations based on your findings, ensuring that the company can make informed decisions regarding its payment strategies.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate payment analytics into Pipedrive's broader analytics environment. This will involve working on data collection processes and ensuring data quality across various sources. You will also be responsible for training team members on how to use the new analytics tools and frameworks you develop, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
