Overview

Kong is hiring a Territory Account Manager to lead sales efforts in New South Wales. You'll manage the full sales cycle and build relationships with enterprise clients. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity and sales expertise.

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or API-related fields, and you thrive on building relationships with enterprise clients. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with C-level executives sets you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, leading end-to-end processes from initial engagement to final contract negotiation and closing. You will take ownership of your book of business, ensuring pipeline accuracy and working leads to closure. Building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders across enterprise organizations will be key, as you will engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams. You will develop and execute account plans that identify key opportunities and outline a clear path to success within your territory. As a subject matter expert, you will gain a deep understanding of Kong's API and AI connectivity technologies, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
