Overview

Rubrik is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth in Canberra. You'll focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong sales background and a proactive approach to pipeline management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in enterprise accounts — you understand the nuances of managing large client relationships and have successfully driven growth in previous roles. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment, always looking for new opportunities to expand your client base. Your ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies sets you apart, and you are comfortable navigating complex sales processes. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. You are results-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales quotas. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to deliver the best outcomes for your clients.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or with cybersecurity solutions would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies. A background in working with government entities can also enhance your candidacy, as Rubrik serves a diverse range of clients.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will take ownership of the sales process for your assigned territory in Canberra. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute sales plans that meet and exceed your quota through effective prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently. You will identify and close new opportunities for growth, working closely with large enterprise accounts to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Daily pipeline generation will be a key focus, and you will collaborate with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas. Your role will involve presenting Rubrik's solutions within complex environments, ensuring that clients understand the value and impact of our offerings on their operations.
