Rubrik is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth in new and existing accounts. You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully driven growth and exceeded quotas. Your experience includes managing complex sales processes and developing strategic account plans that align with business objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales engineers and channel partners to deliver exceptional results. You are a relentless self-starter, always seeking new opportunities and ways to expand existing customer relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively and present solutions to stakeholders is a key strength. You understand the importance of resilience against cyber threats and are passionate about helping organizations protect their data.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account expansion. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you move strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently. Your daily activities will include prospecting for new business, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Development, to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting Rubrik's offerings to large enterprise accounts, articulating the value of our solutions in the context of their specific challenges. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales quotas while contributing to the overall growth of the company.
