Your experience includes collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align on strategic goals and operational plans. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
As a Convention Planning Team Member at Krafton, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of major gaming conventions, including Gamescom and G-Star. You will collaborate closely with publishing teams and relevant departments to develop execution plans based on schedules, budgets, and resources. Your role will involve enhancing operational policies and guidelines for participating in gaming shows, ensuring that they are continuously improved and adapted to meet evolving market demands. You will design exhibition concepts and player experiences, including booth layouts, demonstrations, events, and merchandise, to maximize engagement and brand impact. Additionally, you will communicate with key stakeholders, including executives, to align on strategic direction and ensure that all aspects of the conventions are executed seamlessly. After each event, you will analyze the outcomes from an experiential, data, and insight perspective, capturing learnings for future initiatives.
