You have a proven track record in managing conferences and events, demonstrating your ability to strategize and execute plans that drive business outcomes. Your experience includes building and maintaining conference calendars, selecting events based on ideal customer profile fit, and maximizing visibility through effective booth placements and sponsorships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to ensure all pre-conference planning is meticulously executed.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess the return on investment for events, ensuring that each conference contributes positively to the company's goals. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
What you'll do

This includes coordinating with internal teams to prepare materials, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements. During the events, you will oversee the execution of our presence, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that we achieve our business objectives.
Post-event, you will analyze the outcomes of each conference, gathering insights and feedback to inform future strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our brand is effectively represented and that we are engaging with potential clients and partners in meaningful ways. Your role is crucial in helping Rundoo strengthen its brand and deepen partner trust through impactful events.
