You have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in building distributed systems that can handle petabytes of data. You are proficient in using tools like PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy, and have a solid understanding of databases and data processing frameworks. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with research teams to build ML pipelines and deploy models. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you are always looking for ways to optimize and improve data workflows.

Desirable

Experience with Kubernetes and distributed GPU job processing systems is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks will help you excel in this role, but you are also open to learning on the job. What you'll do

As a Data Engineer at Krea, you will be responsible for building and maintaining distributed systems that process vast amounts of data, including images, videos, and 3D files. You will work closely with our research team to develop machine learning pipelines that help make sense of raw data. Your role will involve solving complex orchestration and scaling issues, particularly with our large-scale distributed GPU job processing system on Kubernetes.

You will also be involved in designing and implementing large-scale ETL systems that ensure data quality and accessibility. Collaborating with other engineers and researchers, you will contribute to projects that find clean scenes in millions of videos and detect shot boundaries. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our AI training pipelines and analytics.
