What you'll do
As the Growth Director at Landor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth vision. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Growth Director to respond strategically to inbound RFPs and originate new business through targeted outbound marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of all proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and showcase Landor's unique branding capabilities. You will craft outreach strategies that engage and convert prospective clients, utilizing both digital and analog methods. Success in this role will require you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all initiatives are executed flawlessly and meet the high standards expected by Landor. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, ensuring that all voices are heard and integrated into the growth strategy.
