What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire customer lifecycle post-signature for a portfolio of commercial customers. You will be responsible for ensuring high retention rates by guiding customers through the adoption process and supporting them in realizing the full value of LangChain's offerings. You will develop and maintain a rolling forecast of your portfolio, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual renewal and net retention targets. As the primary commercial point of contact for your customers, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate their journey with LangChain. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive usage, renewal, and expansion of their investment in our solutions. Your success will be directly measured by your impact on customer retention and net revenue retention.

Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location, with on-target earnings ranging from $150K to $200K.
