Overview

AuditBoard is seeking an Enterprise Renewals Manager to maintain customer retention and drive revenue growth. You'll focus on subscription renewals and customer expansion strategies. This role requires strong customer relationship skills and experience in post-sales environments.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment — your experience has equipped you with the skills to foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of retention and are motivated by the challenge of driving revenue growth through renewals and expansions. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Desirable

Experience with subscription-based models is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics. You are comfortable analyzing data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of customer needs, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Renewals Manager at AuditBoard, you will play a crucial role in the post-sales process, focusing on subscription renewals and customer retention. You will manage the entire renewal process, from quoting and revising contracts to reporting and closing deals. Your goal will be to maintain market-leading retention rates while identifying opportunities for expansion within the current customer base. You will collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will also be responsible for tracking renewal metrics and reporting on your progress to leadership, helping to shape the overall strategy for customer success.
