What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with companies at the forefront of LLM applications, helping them transform their ideas into production-ready apps. You will collaborate on a variety of LLM applications, including concierge search and code generation, ensuring that these solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Your technical demos will showcase the capabilities of LangChain's products, helping to drive adoption and engagement.

You will lead trainings and workshops aimed at developer audiences, sharing best practices and insights that empower teams to utilize LangChain effectively. Collaborating closely with the enterprise sales team, you will help win deals by demonstrating the value of LangChain's offerings and addressing customer inquiries.

Additionally, you will work with engineering teams to gather customer feedback and insights, translating these into actionable product improvements. Leading special projects that test and refine new products will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that LangChain continues to innovate and meet the evolving needs of its users.
