Postman is hiring a People Business Partner to support their GTM teams in the US. You'll partner with diverse leaders to drive operational and strategic People initiatives. This role requires experience in People Operations and a strong understanding of organizational effectiveness.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in People Operations, ideally with experience in supporting Go-To-Market teams. You understand the importance of organizational effectiveness and have a track record of partnering with leadership to drive strategic initiatives. Your ability to foster a collaborative environment is key to your success in this role.
You are skilled in developing and executing People strategies that align with business goals. You have a keen understanding of talent management and organizational development, enabling you to support leaders in building high-performing teams. Your communication skills allow you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do
As a People Business Partner at Postman, you will work closely with GTM leaders to drive both operational and strategic People initiatives. You will be responsible for developing talent strategies that support the growth and effectiveness of the teams you partner with. This includes providing guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
You will collaborate with the People team to implement programs that enhance the employee experience and support the company's culture. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement within the organization. You will also play a key role in facilitating leadership development initiatives and ensuring that leaders are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
