You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with experience in Go-to-Market roles. Your ability to balance speed with sound judgment makes you an asset in the hiring process, ensuring that exceptional talent is brought on board at the right time.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike. Your experience in managing the end-to-end recruiting process means you are comfortable with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. You are passionate about building teams that align with Notion's culture and values, and you are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with leaders and advisors across our Go-to-Market teams, including the Sales Organization, acting as a trusted thought partner and advisor. You will own the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
You will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining open lines of communication. As a GTM Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting Notion's growth by identifying and attracting candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also fit well within the company culture.
What we offer
Notion offers a hybrid work environment, requiring in-office attendance on designated Anchor Days. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative team that values creativity and innovation. The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $195,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation for our employees.
