LangChain is hiring a Sales Operations professional to join their Revenue Operations team. You'll focus on orchestrating and scaling the go-to-market organization, working closely with Sales leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills and a drive for scalable solutions.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in orchestrating go-to-market strategies. You understand the importance of analytical rigor and have a technical curiosity that drives you to seek scalable solutions. Your ability to partner cross-functionally with sales leadership and other teams is a key strength, allowing you to represent the sales organization effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for establishing and enforcing operational rhythms that enhance team performance.
Desirable
Experience with territory design and execution is a plus, as is familiarity with business review processes. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to strategic projects and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish and enforce the operating rhythm for the sales organization, leading the standardization of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. You will define the required inputs, outputs, and performance metrics that drive success. Your role will involve cross-functional partnerships with Sales Leadership and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization. You will work on ad-hoc strategic projects that require your analytical skills and operational expertise, contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the sales team.
What we offer
LangChain offers competitive compensation that includes a base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000, along with meaningful equity and benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
